SwearTober is a light-hearted, month-long fundraiser running throughout October. The rules are simple: every time you swear, you donate. It’s fun, it’s a little bit painful, and it’s for a cause that matters.
Behind the swear jar is something serious; we’re examining the way we speak to each other, and how the language we chose to use affects our emotions and the people around us.
How it works
Sign up — grab your swear jar (physical or digital) and set your own stakes.
Slip up, chip in — every swear word costs you a donation. You set the price.
Spread the word — challenge your friends, family or workplace to join in.
Make an impact — every dollar goes toward preventing family and domestic violence.
