Building Better Men, Better Relationships, Better Communities

Men's Learning Circles

Men’s Learning Circles are facilitated community conversations designed to bring men together in a respectful, supportive environment to discuss the challenges and opportunities of modern masculinity.

The circles create space for honest discussion about relationships, fatherhood, wellbeing, communication, respect, accountability and the role men play in building safer communities.

Rather than focusing on blame, the program focuses on growth, learning and positive action.

Through connection and shared experience, participants are encouraged to develop healthier perspectives, stronger relationships and greater confidence in their role within families and communities.

Why are we doing this?

  • Family and domestic violence remains one of Australia’s most significant social challenges.

  • By supporting men to connect, learn and challenge harmful attitudes, we can help build safer families and stronger communities for future generations.

  • Men’s Learning Circles are designed as a practical prevention initiative that encourages reflection, learning and positive leadership.

  • Research consistently shows that prevention requires communities to engage in open conversations about respect, relationships and social expectations before harmful behaviours occur.

Prevention is one of the most powerful investments a community can make.

Your support helps create safe spaces where men can build healthier relationships, challenge harmful attitudes and become positive role models in their families and communities.

Every sponsored circle contributes to a future where respect, accountability and connection are the norm—not the exception.
